Beginning of June means that I need to set new monthly goals for myself. I wanted to set more goals in the short term to make sure I keep up with my more long term goals.
First let's review May's goals.
- Make one pinterest project: Check. Finished my subway art early in the month.
- Change out my seasonal decor for something summery: Check. Added some summer to our kitchen table.

- Spend less money on restaurants this month than last month: I don't think I accomplished this one. With a 10 day vacation in the middle of the month this was really hard to do.
- Do something active at least three times a week: I did this up until our vacation. Kinda threw me off.
- Make at least two scrapbook pages: Nope. Next month.
- Eat healthy lunches at work all month: Yes! I have only been eating fruits and vegetables and drinking water while at work. I really love it. It makes me feel better and I don't have to think about what I want to make for lunches.
- Take more pictures: Yes! But it was an easy goal because I spent a lot of time with my husband and our friends and family back home. I need to get better at this in Louisiana. Still working.
Now here are my June Goals:
- Spend less money on restaurants this month than last month: yep I am trying again!
- Make at least two scrapbook pages: This time I am confident it will happen!
- Go on a walk at least once a week: I am trying to get in the habit of walking after work everyday. We will see how it goes.
- Complete one pinterest project: I don't know what yet, but I will figure it out!
- Buy no new clothes this month: Having to rebuild my wardrobe from scratch, I got into the bad habit of buying clothes. Well not this month. I will do without.
I am hoping that June will be an exciting month! And maybe a weekend at the beach? I hope so!
